Create your knowledge base

When you first log in to your account, we'll walk you through the basic setup process. You'll give your knowledge base a name and and a URL, like "My Awesome Knowledge Base" and "".  Don't worry about getting it perfect, you will be able to update the knowledge base name and URL under Settings > Basic later.

If you want to restrict access to your URL, you'll have the option to restrict access to your URL by reader logins,  or only allow readers from a certain IP address or with a shared password. You can view and update your security settings at any time under Settings > Security.
