If your Full Article Title is very long, you can choose to add a Short Title for use in navigation.
If it's defined, the Short Title is used in the table of contents instead of the Full Article Title.
If the article is within a topic display category, the Short Title can also be used in:
- The Quick Links section (if applicable)
- In place of the Full Article Title on the topic display category content itself, including:
- Default Layout
- Accordions Layout
- Tabs Layout
You can control this usage of Short Titles by checking or unchecking the Short Article Titles Display Option in the topic display category.
