The Broken link checker checks all articles with either a Published or Needs Review publishing status.
Use the checkboxes in the Additional content options section to include additional content.
The Additional content options sectionChoose from these options:
- Scan draft articles: Use this option to include articles with any of the three draft publishing statuses (Draft, Ready to Publish, and Rejected Draft) in the report.
- Scan archived articles: Use this option to include articles with the Archived publishing status in the report.
- Scan article versions: Use this option to include inactive versions of articles with the designated statuses in the report. This will include previously active versions as well as never-activated versions. Refer to Versions for more information on working with versions and version activation.
