Search for readers

In Readers, you can search within the current filter using the search box in the upper right.

Let's assume we have a reader with these details:

• Login: owlpacino@knowledgeowl.com
• Name: Pacino, Owl

We can search using:

• The full First Name: Owl
• The full Last Name: Pacino
• The full email address: owlpacino@knowledgeowl.com
• The full domain: @knowledgeowl.com or knowledgeowl.com
• The full portion of the email address before the domain: owlpacino
• First and Last Name separated by a space: Owl Pacino
• Reader's KnowledgeOwl ID number

If the email address contains dashes, our search converts those dashes to spaces and indexes words on both sides, so owl-pacino@knowledgeowl.com would become owl pacino@knowledgeowl.com.
