- Topic: We released Article Favorites around the new year. If your knowledge base requires readers to log in in some way (SSO, remote authentication, KnowledgeOwl reader accounts), Favorites will allow each reader to mark up to 10 articles as their "Favorites", and you can choose where to display these (your table of contents, home page, etc.). The setup process isn't too complicated but it can require some tweaks to your knowledge base theme, so check out the recording for a quick walkthrough of some of those steps!
