Authors with Full Account Admin permissions can manage authors and their permissions, regardless of role.
To manage authors and their knowledge base access and permissions:
- Go to Account > Authors.
- The Authors page displays all authors and permissions along with the date of their last activity in app.knowledgeowl.com.
- To update an individual author's access, role, or other details, select their Author Name to open their account details.
