Don't like the word "required"? Want to change the confirmation acknowledgement message displayed to readers? No problem!
You can change all of the text we display in any of the Required Reading elements, including:
- The Required and Confirmed messages in the required reading flag section
- The Required and Confirmed acknowledgement messages
- The title of the Required Reading page
- The "Required" and "Acknowledge" icon labels on the Required Reading page
To change any of these text strings to better match your audience:
- Go to Customize > Default Text.
- Select Required Reading from the Knowledge Base Section dropdown.
- Add your own custom strings for the text you'd like to change.
