You may upload any file type into KnowledgeOwl, including but not limited to:
- Images (.jpeg, .jpg, .png, .webp, .svg)
- Video
- Audio
- PDFs
- Word documents
- Excel spreadsheets
- CSV files
- Zip files
- Executable code files, such as .js, .php, .bat
Executable files
We handle executable code files correctly and store them in non-executable storage, not on our application servers. Most executable files are stored for download-only and won't be executed, with one exception: Javascript (.js) files.
We will execute Javascript (.js) files that are used somewhere to add functionality to your knowledge base, such as added to Customize > Style (HTML & CSS) > Custom Head, stored in Snippets, and so on.
