Turn off comments for specific articles

Your KnowledgeOwl knowledge base comes with comments turned on across the knowledge base. New articles will automatically have comments turned on.

You can disable comments for certain articles. This action removes the comments section from the article completely. To do so:

  1. Open the article for editing.
  2. In the Display Settings section, check the box to Remove comment ability.

  3. Be sure to Save your article changes.

The comments section won't be shown in this article. Refer to Display Settings for more information about the other settings in this section.
