Contextual help widget configuration

As part of your widget setup, you should have reviewed the Widget Admin Settings. Two sections of these settings impact the contextual help behavior of the widget: Suggested Content and Recommended tab. You may want to revisit these sections before you begin using the widget for contextual help.

Suggested content

Use the Suggested content settings to control which portion of the URL the widget uses to identify recommended content and whether the widget should "learn" recommended resources based on what end-users on this page ultimately open in the widget.

Refer to Widget Admin Settings for more detailed information on these settings.

Recommended tab

Use the settings in this tab to determine the widget's behavior when it only has a single article or category to recommend.

This setting won't impact how the widget makes recommendations overall, but it can open the widget directly to a single page if only one is recommended.

Refer to Widget Admin Settings for more detailed information on these settings.
