To allow all authors to Use AI to review article content with your style guide:
- Go to Account > Owl Intelligence.
- Select the AI authoring tools box to Allow authors to use AI to check article content against your style guide to enable AI-powered style guide reviews for all authors.
- Be sure to Save your changes.
If you're using custom author roles, you can give those roles permission to run AI style guide reviews by adding the Owl Intelligence permission to Check article content against the style guide using AI.
