Your knowledge base supports two types of searches for your readers:
- Keyword: What we probably think of as "standard" search. Enter a word or phrase and search for it.
- Tag: Use a colon and select from tags in your knowledge base. Tags that are Hidden from Search Results won't show or be searchable.
Both types of search support an Autosuggest search as you type. Once you hit Enter or select the search icon, the full search results page displays a more detailed and thorough search result list.
