If ever there was a day to take life's lemons and make lemonade, apparently today IS that day.
In our own version of making lemonade, here are some bugs we recently fixed:
- Font Awesome icons (for things like the alert divs) weren't showing in the article editor or in individual article PDFs. We fixed this, but your individual article PDFs will only be updated once the article is saved with a new change. Our support owls can regenerate all individual article PDFs across your entire knowledge base; contact us if you'd like us to do so!
- Search: Tag search (using the : before a search phrase to search by tag rather than words or phrases) was not respecting the "Exclude from search results" box in articles. We've updated this so tag searches should respect that setting.
- In Your Account > Readers, when a reader belonged to more than 3 groups, we were displaying all the groups on individual lines, which could make the table for long if you have a lot of reader groups. We've updated the pattern here to be similar to what you see in Your Account > Authors, where the first three groups are listed and then there's a hyperlink to display any additional groups:
