When Widget 2.0 was used with knowledge bases with private domains set up, we noticed that the links within the widget were using the KnowledgeOwl subdomain instead of the full private domain. In some cases, this was causing authentication issues when viewing content.
If you were impacted by this bug, the behavior you'd have seen the widget load properly, but you might have seen a "You don't have access to view this page" warning when you clicked on individual articles.
We've updated Widget 2.0 so that it fully respects private domain URLs for all categories and articles.
