To control which authors can use Style guide features, configure the following settings:
In Account > Owl Intelligence, select the Allow authors to use AI to check article content against your style guide checkbox to enable AI-powered style guide reviews for all authors.
You can also create custom author roles to granularly control which Style guide features individual authors can use:
- Check article content against the style guide using AI - Allows the author to use AI to review articles against the style guide
- Update style guide settings - Allows the author to edit the style guide in KB settings
