Resolution
Extra AI credits can be purchased separately without upgrading your full plan. The current pricing is:
- $1,000 for 50,000 responses
- $100 for 5,000 responses
Currently, extra AI credits are handled as a one-time purchase that does not change your existing subscription. Your included monthly credits are used first, and any additional usage pulls from the extra credit bank.
If you notice you’re regularly close to your monthly limit or expect a short-term spike in usage, extra credits are a good option.
Extra AI credits work the same across Owl Intelligence and the AI chatbot.
Steps
- Contact us to request extra AI credits.
- We will confirm your estimated usage and create a one-time purchase for the credit bank.
- We will configure your account so you do not run out of credits during the month and monitor usage as needed.

We’re exploring tooling that will automate extra-credit purchases in the future. For now, we process these manually so we can tailor them to your needs.
