We are constantly improving our AI chatbot, and we just released a particularly fun improvement this week.
Since we introduced the AI chatbot you have been able to change its tone of voice, to personalize how it responds, to change the button label, and to customize some of the text strings, but beyond that the customization options were rather limited.
But now you can fully brand your AI chatbot!
These options are limited to different plan levels. If you're on the Basic plan, you won't be able to customize all of the branding of your AI chatbot, but you will be able to adjust its tone of voice and other settings. It's still worth a look at your KB settings > AI chatbot to see what is possible.
Here are some of the options available:
1. Choose the icon and the colors for the AI chatbot launcher button. This can make it stand out more, and demonstrate your brand's personality, for example:
2. Change the chatbot introduction avatar and add custom CSS for further branding:
And you can still customize all of the text strings, which I had way too much fun doing in my Super Doggies knowledge base, as you can see in the image above, and in the feedback request here:
