We released upgrades to a number of client-side code libraries we use in app.knowledgeowl.com.
None of these upgrades adds any new functionality to KnowledgeOwl. They just help keep the back-end of things running smoothly. None of them should impact your live knowledge base in any way, either.
While we rigorously tested these changes, upgrades like this can have unintended consequences.
If you are having problems doing anything within app.knowledgeowl.com, please first try a hard refresh. (Some of the resources we updated may be cached by your browser, so this is the fastest way to guarantee you're pulling in the most recent updates.)
If you're still having any issues after completing a hard refresh, please contact us to let us know what problems you're seeing so we can try to get things resolved as quickly as possible!
