Ctrl+F / Cmd+F functionality for your CSS
Sometimes the greatest quality of life improvements are the seemingly simplest ones, and the Support team here at KO is super pumped about this one. You can now use Ctrl+F / Cmd+F to search within your CSS under Customize > Style. No more "Where's Waldo-ing" the code!
Semantic search and AI chatbot available on all accounts
We released both semantic search and the AI chatbot in staged releases to ensure we got them right. We're now very proud to see how wonderfully both features are working and have made them available in all KnowledgeOwl accounts. You will need to turn on semantic search in order for the AI chatbot to work. However, you can add semantic search to your knowledge base without having to use the AI chatbot; it just makes your search smarter without taking away any benefits of the existing keyword search. You can turn that on via KB settings > Search and synonyms > Enable semantic search. You can turn the AI chatbot on by going to KB settings > AI chatbot and setting it up there however you'd like.
