Happy National Sundae Day, friends! I'm here to sweeten up your week with some bugfixes we've recently released. And as the cherry on top, I'm including a number of small improvements, too!
Enterprise custom roles
We had a brief issue that prevented folks in Enterprise-level accounts from saving custom roles. This has been resolved, so now folks in Enterprise-level accounts should be able to create and save custom roles without any issues.
Confluence import improvements
We fixed two issues with our Confluence import tool:
- The file name now displays after you select a file to import. Previously, when you selected a file, the button would activate but the file name stayed hidden.
- Imports no longer include unnecessary header and footer content.
Word import speed
We've improved the Word import tool to speed up its performance.
New Articles, Updated Articles, and Popular Articles pages
We've updated these pages to display only the top 100 articles that qualify, rather than potentially every article in your knowledge base. This makes these pages much more useful—after all, the 101st most popular article isn't really that popular, is it? 😆
Owl Analytics audience filtering
Owl Analytics can now filter results by audience: authors only, readers only (no authors), or all visitors (default).
Note: This filtering only applies to data collected from this point forward, as we just started tracking reader type. If you have ideas for other audience filters, contact us and we'll add them as feature requests.
Owl Analytics timeout fix
We've fixed an issue where some users experienced timeouts on the Owl Analytics page.
