Owl Analytics is a treasure trove of data about your knowledge base visits and visitors.
We know how valuable this data can be, and we've heard from a lot of customers that they want to programmatically share this data in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or other custom business intelligence dashboards.
So we're pleased to announce a new addition to the KnowledgeOwl family: the Owl Analytics Export API.
This API is a read-only API designed to quickly export data from the Overview report, Logs report, or Readers report in either XML or CSV format. For added security, these API keys only grant access to Owl Analytics data, not the rest of your knowledge base.
Feature availability
The Owl Analytics Export API is currently available to Business and Enterprise plan subscribers only.
Not subscribed to these plans? You can still use the Export option in most Owl Analytics reports to manually export and download your data so you can upload it into those systems.
