Thanks to feedback from our Wisdom Wednesday and customers reaching out directly, we've made a few tweaks to the Broken link checker & report:
- We added a new Link Type column that identifies if the link is Internal or External to KnowledgeOwl, which should make filtering the report a bit faster. See Generating a Broken Links Report for more info.
- We added an Author and Last Modified Author column to display the author available for each, when the object supports this kind of tracking. See Generating a Broken Links Report for more info.
- For custom author roles, we broke out the ability to Run Broken Links Report into a separate Tools Permission section. See Available custom role permissions for more info.
- We've updated a couple of the column headings so that they match column headings we use in Manage
