1. You may have noticed that when you're signed in to your KnowledgeOwl account and viewing your knowledge base, there's a new bar at the top of the screen. Previously, that bar lived at the bottom of the screen, and the wording about what it did wasn't as clear as it could have been. We've improved the position and wording of this bar, and we hope these UI updates make it more clear how you can view your knowledge base from the perspective of different readers groups.
If you see the new bar interfering with other elements of your knowledge base, please reach out to us. Some customers with custom sites may have some CSS collision issues, which we can fix for you!
2. There was an issue that occurred if you uploaded the same .xlsx file to your File Library more than once. It would sometimes upload properly as the .xlsx file, but other times it would upload as an application/octet-stream, which would prevent you from being able to download the .xlsx file. We've fixed this, so should you want to upload the same .xlsx file twice, you can do so without issue!
