🌿 Nat'l Haiku Day bugfixes and improvements

Happy National Haiku Day! I figured the occasion called for me to stretch my poetic wings and try for a haiku about these very notes, so here goes:

Words migrate with ease
New doors open, bugs take flight
New editor stirs

First, the bugfixes:

The AI chatbot experienced an issue where it was not working properly with reader group restrictions. When the chatbot was restricted to certain reader groups accessing it, it was being hidden from everyone, even those in the reader group it was assigned to. We've resolved this now, so the AI chatbot can be available exclusively to the reader groups you assign it to.

Our API was returning an error with POST calls for article versions. That's been fixed.

Next, some recent improvements:

This year we have been working hard to increase the different ways you can automatically import content into KnowledgeOwl. We've already told you about Word, CSV, Confluence, HubSpot, Freshdesk, and Zendesk imports. We've now added two new options to this list: You can now import your content directly from Helpjuice or Document360 🎉

You can now disable highlighting of specific glossary terms. The automatic highlighter for glossary terms within articles is a very helpful feature. However, there are a couple of instances where you might not want to highlight terms, like if a term is used in different ways within your docs, or if your acronym is also a common word. You will now see a checkbox option next to your terms, which allows you to disable the highlighting.

Finally, a wee note about our new editor:

You may have noticed a new article editor option. You can consider this a soft launch. A full announcement is coming, but in the meantime, we'd love your feedback (via the "Share feedback" link at the top of the new editor). We've already made improvements based on early input and will keep doing so. The editor is where you spend most of your time, so we're being intentional about getting this right.
