It's National Plan for a Vacation Day, and I think that's excellent advice! 🏖️
No matter how small a vacation you can manage to plan, it's good for your mental health to always have a trip on the calendar to look forward to.
A favorite part of vacations for many is having time away from work. Speaking of not-working, let me tell you about some things that were not working at KnowledgeOwl, which we've fixed:
- Related articles in private knowledge bases: Our related articles feature stopped working within private knowledge bases. That's really not great, since most of our customers have at least some of their content behind login, and many love the related articles feature. It was quickly reported, and we hopped to it and released a fix the same day.
- Related articles in the widget: Similarly, a customer let us know that related articles weren't working in the widget. That's been fixed as well, so you shouldn't see any issues with related articles now.
- Links within custom content categories in the widget: If you viewed a custom content category in the widget and clicked on the article link within it, nothing happened (it was a dead click). However, if you clicked to view the same category via "view full site," the link worked properly. That's been resolved now, and you can click article links within custom content categories in the widget.
