Review search results

Learn how to review your Find and replace search results in table or CSV export form.

Find and replace results table

The results table appears below the Replace section after you run a search

The table displays all content returned by your search, displaying their Name, Type, Status, Parent category, Author (for articles only), Modified by (author), and View live link.

It displays 20 results per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to paginate through the list.

As with the Manage articles table, you can select content title in this table to open it for editing in a new browser tab.

For a slightly more detailed output of all search results without having to page through them, use the Download as CSV option.
